Notes

The utilities are based on usage estimates and pulled out by direct debit each month.

We're in Band G. That page says, "Wandsworth's average charge for each band is the lowest in the country."

The phone is a requirement as it is tied into the gate system which dials the house, to let people and deliveries in. The DSL also runs over the BT line. Actually using the phone would obviously incur other charges. (The bill is reduced somewhat by using Carphone Whorehouse's TalkTalk scheme.)
