Here is a little form you can use to get in touch, leave feedback, or whatever. You don't have to fill out most of the form so it can be anonymous if you prefer (unlike email).

If you leave an email address all it'll be used for is replying (if appropriate), not selling to reviled marketers or anything evil like that. If you don't leave a number or email there's no possibility of a reply. In practice it seems I tend to ignore anonymous messages.
