Great, I got to try one of those.
Here at my work we have a small library with two sofas, so I can really enjoy my polyphasic naps :)
Posted by PhiMix at March 29, 2006 04:52Did you really sleep sitting up on a toilet? LOL There are couches galore where I work, but there always seems to be a meeting where the couches are, so I sleep in the closet. It's actually pretty comfortable: dark and secluded.
Posted by Kirk Kahn at April 10, 2006 23:32Kirk: yep, sat on the toilet, head and arms resting on the sink. Usually laid my thick biker leather jacket out so there weren't so many pressure points - nothing sucks more than waking up with your arm dead... I definitely don't recommend it.
I'm really hoping more people try this as it'll make general workplace acceptance of napping more common.
Posted by Paul Makepeace at April 10, 2006 23:36Hey Paul. It works. Definitely. In Germany, they starts to write about napping at work in manager magazines. Germans use the word: Manager Schlaf. (manager sleep) We used a beanbags at work (6 peaces in red) at my first .com IT company 6 years ago in Hamburg...
Kalixo thinks the same (only in german language)
Here is my personal "Flaoting / Napping at Work " tracking
have a nice sunday,

If you sleep, we all sleep, it'll be anarchy.
