That software already exists. There was a presentation at the Community Currency Conference in July 2004 that showed the potential of a software that had been developed for Credit Unions but had never been used.
This software allowed multiple currencies, LETS, community hours, Community Dollars, and other Barter systems to have a clearing house that would allow exchanges from all over the planet
